Aims & Objectives
The TCA is an organization run by citizens, which seeks to promote international exchange, cooperation activities, and support for foreign residents with the help of volunteers. It was founded in 1993.
In recent years, many foreigners have come to visit and live in Toyama, and it has become more and more necessary to have daily exchanges with foreign residents and visitors and foster mutual understanding.
TCA also intends to expand its activities through international friendships at a “grass roots” level, with a wish for world peace and prosperity, and is also working to realize a society in which people of various cultures can live together harmoniously.
TCA provides various opportunities for those who want to
